How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I have been with Chase Creative Unlimited since 2004 and have a diverse background ranging from college hockey coach, to retail, to corporate sales.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
"We sell service, not equipment" Every audio visual company owns or has access to the same equipment. It is the expertise, guidance, and response of our trained staff that defines the difference between us and our competition. The objective is to always make our clients shine through the delivery and precise execution of all technical aspects of each event.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Two locations...Plymouth and Grand Rapids and yes, we do.

Our corporate office and warehouse is in Plymouth located just off of I-275 and the Ann Arbor Rd. exit. Our Grand Rapids office is located in Wyoming, Michigan just off of the US-131 and 36th St. exit...about 2 miles south of downtown Grand Rapids.
What type of payments do you accept?
All major credit cards and corporate check.
Which areas do you service?
All areas. If someone needs audio visual support, we can take care of them.

M-F, 8a-5p. We are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year with our emergency technical support.
