The less expensive homes are made with the cheapest materials and fall apart very easily. Very unprofessional company takes advantage of the good residents and doesn't abide by they're rules and regulations. Management enters without notice in rentals when your not home. The new haven location has an $800,000.00 water debt to the village from several years back . Horrible company.
