How long have you been in business?
I have been OFFICIALLY in business since June 2010. I have been cooking all of my life. Ilearned first from my grandmother, then from my mother.
What is your primary product or service?
Our primary products are COMFORT FOODS with a TWIST!!! We like to take good food of all ethnicities and put something special to it. We want to expose the people to new and creative culinary experiences.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I have always loved cooking and experimenting with different cuisines. The formal business started from my love of cuisine and my desire to be self employed and to employ others.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I don't pigeon-hole myself. I create, recreate, refashion, and I love to see the smiles on satisfied faces!
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Currently we cater, deliver, and we work from a commercial kitchen. We are considering a commercial building, maybe in the future.

Our hours are flexible, though orders must be made 24 - 48 hours in advance. All orders are made fresh!

I love it when they try something new or something that they thought they did not like and LOVE it.
